Monthly Stipend: R 7 043.31 (National Diploma, Bachelor’s/Honours Degree) & R 8 584.36 (Master’s Degree)
Location: Pretoria
Minimum Requirements: NQF 4 (Matric) / NQF 5 are higher advantageous
Preferred Qualifications: Public Administration, Human Resource Management/Development, International Relations, Political Science.
IMPORTANT:
- Only first-time participants in the Learnership Programme will be considered.
- Successful candidates must commit to signing an oath of secrecy with the Department.
- Applicants must be available for selection and interviews at predetermined times.
- Learners will be placed at the Department of International Relations and Cooperation Head Office in Pretoria. Candidates are required to have their own transport and accommodation.
- Eligible applicants must be South African citizens aged 18 to 35.
- All appointments are contingent on citizenship verification, reference checks, and security vetting.
- Foreign qualifications require evaluation certificates from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
- Failure to submit required documents will result in non-consideration.
- No late applications will be accepted.
- Correspondence will be with short-listed candidates only; non-contact within three months post-closing indicates an unsuccessful application.
- Successful learners will sign a Learnership Contract/Agreement with the Department.
- Online platform interviews will be conducted.
Note: Candidates who’ve participated in a Learnership Programme in any Government Department will not be considered.
