Job Description:

Responsibilities: As a Sales Assistant at Cape Union Mart, you will be an integral part of our customer service team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Providing expert product knowledge to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate till operations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining inventory levels.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a retail environment.

• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• South African citizenship.
